Avocado salad with feta

Simple, but so good! Start your day with this fresh salad, or serve it as a side dish at your Mediterranean table!

  • 1 avocado
  • 3 plum tomatoes
  • 0.5 red onion
  • 0.33 cucumber
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 tbs parsley


  1. Cut the tomatoes, cucumber, and avocado into big chunks.
  2. Cut the onion into thin slices.
  3. Mix all the vegetables in a bowl, add the lemon juice and the feta cheese on top.
  4. Drizzle olive oil, salt, black pepper, and top with parsley.
  5. Enjoy!
