Guacamole

Home made guacamole for better tacos. Made in 1-2-3! 🥑

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 0.5 bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • Cilantro (as much as you like)
  • 0.5 tsp salt/pepper
  • 1 lime
  • 2 tbs corn

Instructions

  1. Mash the avocados in a bowl before adding cilantro, salt and pepper.
  2. Chop tomatoes, bell pepper, corn and onions finely before adding it to the avocado-mix.
  3. Add lime, salt and pepper to taste.
