Healthy chocolate snack-cookies

For cookie addicts. Make them healthier 😙 If you're missing any of the ingredients, just add more of the ones you have.

  • 2 dl oats
  • 2 tbs flax seeds
  • 2 tbs millet seeds
  • 2 tbs sunflower seeds
  • 3 tbs sesame seeds
  • 3 tbs shredded coconut
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • 1 tbs cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 -125 g dark chocolate (70%)


  1. Whip eggs before adding all the dry ingredients.
  2. Use a spoon to scoop 18 cookies onto a baking tray covered with baking paper.
  3. Bake at 160C for 25 minutes.
  4. Melt the chocolate and dip the cookies in before putting them in the fridge to cool down.
