Healthy chocolate snack-cookies
For cookie addicts. Make them healthier 😙 If you're missing any of the ingredients, just add more of the ones you have.

Ingredients
- 2 dl oats
- 2 tbs flax seeds
- 2 tbs millet seeds
- 2 tbs sunflower seeds
- 3 tbs sesame seeds
- 3 tbs shredded coconut
- 1 tbs sugar
- 1 tbs cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 100 -125 g dark chocolate (70%)
Instructions
- Whip eggs before adding all the dry ingredients.
- Use a spoon to scoop 18 cookies onto a baking tray covered with baking paper.
- Bake at 160C for 25 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate and dip the cookies in before putting them in the fridge to cool down.
